Following the stunning success of Handel's Messiah and Duruflé's Requiem in 2012, Ecclesia once again joins forces with Skipton Camerata to perform Gabriel Fauré's gorgeous and contemplative Requiem. Composed between 1887 and 1890, the Requiem is one of the most enduringly popular classical works, full of lush orchestration and complex choral textures. From the stately "Kyrie" to the heavenly strains of "In Paradisum", this is sure to be a magical evening of choral music.
